We have developed an expertise in the design of modular buildings, most recently focusing on high-rise developments.
These projects see complete apartments or studios built in offsite factories, before being delivered to the construction site and seamlessly connected in to the core of the high rise tower. This allows exceptionally fast programmes on site, with the site phase of a high-rise project providing 611 student studio bedrooms completed in 11 months.
To ensure a completely integrated design, we provide the design services for both the modular elements built off-site and the in situ fit-out element in the core of the building.
The projects range from private residential, affordable residential, student residential and private rented sector. A project completed in 2020 holds the title as the worlds tallest modular building.
